Manufacturing Unit
Our manufacturing unit established in Bhosari MIDC is well equipped with the facilities required for the production of high-quality Polyurethane foam (PUF) and Polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) for thermal insulation.
Having adopted the method of TPM, we follow strict safety and quality standards for all our operations.
Infrastructure
We have a 10500 Sq.ft of Factory building with a power supply of 220 KVA.
Enabling us to efficiently work with the following machines:
- Pipe Section Molds of various sizes mounted on conveyor for continuous production
- Molds for blocks
- CNC foam cutting machine
- Compressed Air Line
- 5 High-pressure polyurethane foaming machines
